This sold good, like COD 5 did on Wii. I'm glad it sold, that's why we're getting Black Ops on Wii, and I think there are a lot of gamers who actually prefer the Wii version because of the control, like me. I don't play FPS on HD consoles, I don't like dual sticks for FPS. And the Wii version of COD are pretty good, push the system graphically, not as good looking as the HD versions of course, but pretty good nevertheless! Message | Report |

Nintendo would have had such a better hardcore market, if this game was released in 2007 with all the features it had. This would have sold to about 3 million people. That is a rough estimate, but being released at the right time changes everything. The standard would have been so high for Wii FPSs. There would have been a substantially bigger mature market on the wii. Message | Report |

NMH2, Red Steal 2 and TvC are all quality third party games on the Wii and no of them did well. They MIGHT sell in time if legs hold ... but none of them are big hits on the Wii. On Nintendo's system ... what sells is Nintendo games and casual games. Whatever big name core franchise that does sell on the Wii would sell far more on the other consoles. Message | Report |

This is one of those games I intend to eventually buy. I think it will have long legs because a lot of people think that way too. I'm just going through all the other titles I haven't played yet until I get this and the cost being also a main factor. this is proof that people do buy mature games on wii. I don't think sega even thought madworld would be successful, due to the monchronmatic style of the game. personally I could see games Like splinter cell performing more prominent than a lot of games that's out of the ordinary man's comfort zone. resi darkside chronicles, in my opinion was a huge success; because he was a light gun game. if he had been a proper remake. would have purchased it first day, but instead I refuse to buy a games that doesn't suit my comfort zone. my suggestion to fix easily 2 wii shortcomings: -killcam:At least ,when you get killed-instantly go into the screen of the killer.Then you might have a better clue while not as exact as replay. -memory issues for voicechat?let people chat during midtimes, lobbies and so forth. use a low buffer coding for voice to use minimal memory. The thing with IW and a lot of other developers, not developing games on the Wii has to deal with them not wanting to work with different platforms or diverge resources to another platform. So despite the success that is there to be had on the platform, most publishers and developers are content to do as little as possible and call it a day when it comes to the Wii. Message | Report |
