loved the game, new mechanics and gameplay was a breath of fresh air from 64. Not as good overall though. But I hope it will eventually come to Wii U VC so that I can play off-screen :) Message | Report |

This is my fave Super Mario game EVER! i liked it more then 64 and Galaxy. Even though 64 is the classics, Sunshine has the tropical feel to it like da islands brah! Message | Report |

I was one of the anti-sunshine people. But I gave it a second chance. Once I got to 10 shines i really saw it's brilliance (I don't think it even took that long actually). I haven't finished it yet, but I can already say it's at least a 8.5/10 (28 shines so far). I don't think i can say it is better or worse than 64 or galaxy. But of the same calibre for sure. The game is a lot better than people give it credit for. FLUDD wasn't THAT bad, though it was a bit annoying at times. I think a few people prefer this game to Galaxy because they're in the Mushroom Kingdom and feel more at home, whereas in Galaxy they're in space and feel a little... alone. But those of you who feel cold playing Galaxy, give it a chance, soon you shall realize its greatness. The best parts of Sunshine were those "Secret of..." Shines where you went through some ridiculous mini stage without FLUDD And Shizzlee... when i catch you, there will be hell to pay XD Message | Report |

I know a lot of people didn't like this, but I really did. I remember waking up on a cold Christmas morning and playing this. I remember how fluid the running animation was. This game had a really engaging atmosphere. I loved it! Message | Report |

Sucks compared to Galaxy... still a great game, I would not go as far to call it a classic and put it in the same group with- Mario 1, 3, World, 64, and Galaxy(will be in time) I put it with 2(jp), 2(na), Yoshi's Is., in the second tere of mario games, still great games though. Message | Report |
