I doubt anyone is regretting anything
because yes, it will most likely be
timed-exclusive. From a financial
standpoint, Square made a wise choice.
They got MS's money, they will sell a
lot due to exclusivity hype. And
eventually they're going to sell even
more when the enhanced PS4 version comes
out 6 or so months later.

Square
isn't signing an exclusivity deal
unless A) it's timed. B) it's full but
MS paid them the equivalent of at least
2 million copies. The 2nd option is more
risky though coz it might damage the
franchise in the long run.

Sold well less than half the number the
PS4 sold. Wonder if some people are
regretting the Rise of the Tomb Raider
(potentially timed) exclusivity.
