well it took another week and more of my screenshots as proof but I finally received the reward. using fb messenger. It was finally complete on 12/17/13 which was 15 days after I turned Vip5 & took the rep sending herself duplicate emails to tech support to send the rewards to my email ig. She said a lot of people were out with the flu in her department making it very busy. ( I don't know what was wrong with tech support) the game is great once its working. the graphics great. Ideas terrific. Lots to do. Events always happening and they are evenly based even if you do not put cash into the game. The only icky part atm is the chat (they say they are working on this. On a way to selectively block people. Filter etch) as of course their is a lot of people cussing using it for their own porn potty channel as always...bad apples in every orchard. aside from my exp. its still one of the top games I've played in a very long time. Their is just so much to do. So many albums to complete, so many swords, gear etc. to find. So get out their and quest, make friends! Here's a tip too...if you summon your friends enough, they can earn summons tickets if they get high enough on the boards. I'm hoping someone out their makes a wiki. Since its an international based game. But who knows, their is for Blood Brothers, and I've played that for years know lol. Peace :)

It was a great game. until they started cheating paying players. I am looking into filing a fraud claim against them. I've written 5 emails sent them everything they have requested with screenshots times, names ids logins dates everything! what do I get back? "we don't have any customer service right now (lie #1) we are working on getting a customer support service up and running. As soon as we do, we will issue your reward for being vip 5 . (lie #2) as that was days & days ago and I'm still waiting ! Of course they even have redone the same event to get more cash from people and what do I find on face book? WOW ! a customer support site! I do not recommend this game. I truly feel they are scamming people for money. Yes its a great game, but when you write in with proof and its weeks later..that's a sure sign of a very unethical company. Especially when they keep telling you the reward is coming any day...Dec 4th vip 5 (11 days!) still no reward. Highly unethical. DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Note: My first 3 Emails were patiently waiting with compliments about the game. After 11 days of waiting & excuses this has gone way to far. professional & Ethical? No, but still they have plenty of time for yet another event to get people to give more cash for their diamonds. Of which I paid a fortune into. DO NOT PUT A PENNY INTO THIS GAME. Play freely, but do not put one dime into their VIP program. I have proof (at least for vip 5) they do not give you your rewards. and tell lies about not having customer service ) . Sounds like scammers to me. BEWARE PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!
