A giant object approaches Earth. It is the Triceraton's home world with it's awesome powers and advanced technology, who happens to be the Fugitoid, also known as Professor Honeycutt and a friend of the Turtles. Little do the Triceratons know that the professor is no longer on Earth and has moved to the Utrom home world to pursue experiments for peaceful means.
