One day, you receive a mysterious package in the mail. You open it and discover a small drink and a book about the Tang Dynasty, ancient China's golden era of prosperity and opportunity. You sit down and browse the book, learning about the soldiers, the merchants, the famed Silk Road, but most of all, you learn about the prolific thought and opportunity that was all embodied in the grand capital, ChangAn.

You feel thirsty and absentmindedly reach out your hand, grasp the corked bottle and drink it all. Immediately, you start to feel odd. A tingling sensation fills your body and you feel reality slipping. The walls start to bend, your feet no longer seem to touch the floor, and what's that odd colorful light in the ceiling? That wasn't there a few minutes ago. Everything becomes dark.
