Yeah all in all I liked Dragon Warrior better

but you have to love this quote from it: "You will not defeat me, the Vampire!!!" LOL

It was good for it's time. The Dragon Warrior series kicked its ass, though.

What's silly is how many titles I had to sift through when I did a search to add this to my collection. :P

Great game, started it all. It still is to this day the only challenging Final Fantasy... I remember passing through a dungeon with strong enemies, beating the boss, using all my potions getting there just to realize that now that I had nothing left I had to walk all the way back!!!!!!!

Heh I was so young when I got this game that I didn't even know how to save. Every time I started it up I'd play from the beginning, beat Garland, walk around a bit and then turn it off.
