Boktai 2: Solar Boy Django - Summary

The new quest begins soon after the last has ended. Solar Boy Django and Master Otenko return to their hometown San Miguel, after cleansing Istrakan - ‘City of Death - of its vampires (a.k.a. the Immortals). Instead of the heroes’ welcome they expect Django and Master Otenko find the entire population of San Miguel has become zombies!

Once more the power of real sunlight is used to purify the Immortals. In addition to Django’s trademark Solar Gun, a new Pile Driver weapon helps him dispose of the bad guys. Sunlight is captured via the Game Pak’s inbuilt light sensor, which also works alongside the Game Boy Advance internal clock to mirror the time of day. During daylight hours it’s safe to hunt down the Immortals because they are weak. However you’d better beware at night, because vampires become active and are much stronger.

It’s spooky business, and it can get tough, so if you’re scared to go it alone you can link up with friends using the Game Boy Advance Link Cable. Between 2-4 players may face the Immortals this way.
