Because Hexic HD is shipped with the 360 when you buy it, except its installed on the HDD and not a disc. Either way neither should count.

I'm imagining because Brett doesn't track the sales of digital games.

Hell, he doesn't even track the sales of separate 360 SKUs, or at least he doesn't make it public.

OT: I don't know, but it being a downloadable game (Hexic) could proabably be the reason. It's very much like the downloaded sales from GT5:P.
