I'm about 90% sure. I think in an interview with DA:O devs, they said that all the pre-orders etc were linked to your EA account.

So for example, they had the character creator on PC, and if you made a character early you got one bonus linked to your EA account... similar to the browser game.

They also said that if you get the PS3 game the bonuses are linked to your EA account.

I don't have a link for it... I'll know if it's true when I try the ps3 version and see if i get the bonus from the PC character creator

Yeah I just read the same thing. I cancelled my 360 order and ordered the PC Collectors Edition. I just check New Egg's Canadian site, unfornately I couldn't find Dragon Age on it. The US site still has teh PC Collector's Edition...strange.

Sometimes you gotta be open minded. The world isn't what you think it is. In person, everything looks good and nice because its all controlled and the people who control the world are evil people.
