ok everyone, in preperation for the 2009/2010 season in the majour leagues, im making a comprehensive football thread, with news and results and fixtures for any teams that people on VGC follow, this will make the OP quite long, so you may need to scroll down to find your team. (teams will appear as links to posts in this thread or off site news sites that concern your team, so each team will have a post in this thread, you can either just click a link that will take you to it, or scroll through)

for now, please just post what team(s) you support or follow, i will make a list, once i know that, i will know which teams the thread should post results, fixtures and news for. please discusss anything football related here aswel if you like, you team dosent have to be english, lol, can be any team from any nation.

Blue Square? My second favorite team, Tamworth, is playing it next season after a two year absence. I haven't been to a conference mach in years, I think I'll try to make a few this season.

my local team, Bath City play in the Blue Square South, i normally go down and watch 10 or so games a season if i can.

Ye, the standard is awful but its so much fun. The players are playing for their contracts and that seems to make them try harder.

I reccomend it. York City will bring about 500 to tamworth, be there :D

I think we need a league prediction section.

Maybe Premiership? Ill paste mine from a previous thread. It will be interesting to see who can guess correct league places.
