| 1. Have a valid VGChartz ID with at least 50 forum posts. |

| 2. Open your gamercard on Xbox Live to be publicly viewable. |

| 3. Signup for a True Achievements account to track your true achievements score. |

| 4. PM (NeoRatt) me on this site so that I know your user id and gamertag. |

| 5. Then, on Xbox Live VGChartz2009 or VGChartz2009b will add you as a friend and you must accept the request. Do not try and friend either of these two gamertags yourself. You get chosen to be one based on the gamer tag friend limit of 100. |
