81 % - Bloody action with sensational graphics, great controls and lots of freedom for experimenting

Pro:
- superb graphics
- great soundtrack
- complex but easy controls
- exciting story

Con:
- some camera issues
- boring (but short) motorbike passages
- boring multiplayer mode

They even rated the graphics 10 out of 10.

EDIT: For those interested, Resident Evil 5 got a score of 88. Seems like that's their standard score for most of the big games lately (Resistance 2, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet). Not as good as Resident Evil 4, but still great.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

According to the link, "81% is a damn good score for a non-established ip from this mag. They gave NMH 76% and HotD:Overkill 80%"

If it is better then NMH and Overkill, the hardcore should be very happy.

I think it'll get a better score than this by ign. They said it (madworld) would be the wii's GOTY, unless muramasa dethrones it.

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointment with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

They generally also don't hand out a lot of 90+ scores and 94 is usually the cap. Only a few games got 95, 96 or 97 during fifteen years of the mag's history. Of course those were all Nintendo games.

It got an 8/10 in a Swedish gaming magazine named Level.

"Casual" is the new "Hardcore"

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing( mostly Smile )

Nintendo with motion = failure/fad/gimmicky you name it.

Sony and MS with motion = the future.. ( funny isn't it )
