The Witcher 2 Offers Less-Than-Flattering Cameo by Altair
by Keith Sadler, posted on 17 May 2011 / 3,898 ViewsIn The Witcher 2, (available for purchase today via many fine retailers) Altair, from the Assassin's Creed franchise, makes a cameo. Unfortunately, it’s not the most flattering angle. In order to see the spoiler image, click after the break. I laughed out loud when I saw it.

At about 30 minutes into the game, we see what might really happen if you tried jumping off a tower into a bale of hay.
In The Witcher 2, you play as Gerald, a super-badass who doesn’t jump in haystacks.
Unless Ubisoft allowed them to, i see a lawsuit coming ---- Parody is fair use and this robe has differences...
ROTFL! :-D @_mevildan: yes, it immediately reminded me of DN3D too! :-D
"I know we should have used something other than hay to protect our rocks"
lol, nice. Oh, but the "In order to see the spoiler image, click after the break" part isn't working. The image is there from the start.
LOL. This reminds me of finding the Doom marine in Duke Nukem 3d when Duke says "that's one doomed space marine". Don't think Ubi will mind one bit.
@Blackfist: sue because of a joke and possible free add?? I don't believe so, you don't play with the guy he is just a corpse... And Ubi haven't copyrighted a white robe with red belt lying on a haystack, this doesn't make a case and even make sense for them.
I wish i could see more of this! I think it is great! Ass-Ass-ins creed fans, chill. :P
@Silver-Tiger Ubisoft would look pretty stupid even if they did/could. As an Assassin's Creed fan, I cans ee the funny side of this.
I think this falls under satire, and as far as I know, you can't file a suit gainst that.
a lawsuit for a guy in a white cloak with a red belt? tsss if you want your image to be copyrighted, you better make it unique.
