Ring Fit Adventure (NS) has debuted in first on the Japanese charts with sales of 68,497 units, according to Famitsu for the week ending October 20.

Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town (NS) debuted in second place with sales of  66,193 units.

The Nintendo Switch was the best-selling platform with sales 54,067 units. The PlayStation 4 sold 7,362 units, the 3DS sold 1,110 units. The Xbox One sold 142 units and the PlayStation Vita sold 27 units.

Monster Hunter prevented a total Switch Top 10 with just 250 units ahead of number 10.

Switch is now King in Japan. Hardware and software. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some weeks with all Switch games in the top 10 soon.

I want to say it's already happened once or twice...or maybe it just got real close. I do agree we will likely see some going forward.

Based on the first week (assuming they aren't an aberration due to storms or such) ring fit should do somewhere between 150-250k in Japan. Unless the game has the kind of legs that Nintendo's casual games had two gens ago.

There is one Microsoft game in the top 5. Minecraft on the switch.
