Here is an overview of the game:

The city’s overrun with mutants. Problem? Not for you. Sunset Overdrive is an open-world playground of post-apocalyptic possibilities. Vault, grind & wall-run while using a deadly & unconventional arsenal. With hyper-agility, unique weapons, & customizable abilities, it rewrites the rules of shooters while delivering an irreverent adventure.

And Xbox loses another exclusive.

At least I can play the game now. Still a little bummed that I have less reason to get an Xbox.

Is it coming to Steam as well or just the Microsoft Store? Crazy fun game! Sad it didn't take off and soar

It's entirely possible they will have a certain exclusive period...It's not a first party game so I'll be sure it will end up on Steam some day, especially since only few people will go through the hassle and buy it on their goddamn Windows Store.

It doesn't make any sense though, as it is not found on Win 10 store either. It's not found on any other client as well. So it's apparently now out there, yet nowhere to be found.

Insomniac have confirmed on Twitter it's out on steam as well. Sadly can't post the twitter link here.

It's finally out on Steam, and seems to have good support options, though I hear M+K controls are janky, but I've always seen that game playing better with the gamepad.

Didn't you post the exact same announcement a few days ago already?

It was an amazon leak, not an official announcement.
