Fake News, Single Player Games are dead according to EA. These are obviously inflated numbers.
more? more seems good.
well-deserved.
Would be more if W1 and W2 were not PC exclusives. W2 did come to 360 eventually though.
So PC exclusives make hardly any money?.
Did i say that? Releasing on all platforms makes more money, jeez.
Yes, but by your logic, even exclusives on consoles should go to other platforms, this includes 1st party.
Exclusives are a way to attract more users to your platform. For companies like Nintendo and Sony, releasing their exclusives on other platforms would only bring more profit in the short term, but in the long run they would be actually losing money, because they profit on top of every single piece of software sold on their console, not just 1st/2st party games. And in Sony's case they also make huge profits from subscription fees for services like PS+. For third party developers though, there's no benefit in releasing their games on a single platform, since they only profit on their own games, so the more people buy them, the better.
Which means they won't let go of theirs, so I don't see why PC should on their part.
PC is not owned by a single company though.
And yet it is up to a dev to decide what they do with their game. It is not a one way street.
How's that possible, unless Ciri magically looses all her abilities. Character is too hard.
