I never played the Wii U version. So I'm very happy that this is coming out on Switch with new levels to boot.

It was a matter of time, I guess.

They won't stop until every damn game they every made for Wii U is ported over.

I wouldn't go all that way. Only the good ones.

I really enjoy Captain Toad on the WiiU. Fun little game. Might get this one.

I might get the 3DS version instead of Switch for this one.

I liked this game. Too bad it's not a sequel.

Slownenberg (on 09 March 2018)

Ah always thought this game looked kinda cool. But how much will it cost? Probably $60? Seems like a $20 game especially since it is a port. Might be a bargain title to pick up in a few years.

Yunta (on 09 March 2018)

the original on WiiU had a price tag of $40 at launch, I'm assuming it will be the same

I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed by this one. I love ports but I really thought this was the sort of game that could easily receive a full sequel... Porting even this just seems a little lazy, but I suppose with how few Wii U's they sold it just makes sense.

Well at least you provided your reason!

Porting to Switch gives the game a 2nd chance to perform well, then possibly a sequel can occur based on performance.

Yeah Portis, I prefer it to nothing of course but it was a game I really enjoyed that seems fairly easy to produce a sequel for. Hopefully they do at some point.
