They took too long. Already bought last year for $5 on ps3 and platinumed it. Would have paid $20 for a ps4 release but that time has passed.

Valid argument but it sold modest numbers compared to other games. Since 2018 is likely an off year for AC, I think this is a good window to port/remaster it.

Ezio collection had 3 games though. 1, 3, and Rogue would be a solid trilogy collection.

I was actually going to say last holiday was the perfect time to release as it was their first off year.

Last holiday was the Ezio collection.

The perfect time to release Rogue was 2014 on all platforms. While Unity should have been delayed a year for polish. Unity wasn't even a bad game, it was just hard to overlook it being a buggy mess. So Rogue was the best AC game of 2014.

True. Rogue on all platforms at release and unity a year later.

Using HD as the term to describe slight updates of games that had an HD resolution in the first place seems a bit wrong to me. Oh well.

Well I think most agree given we dont see many remasters called "HD."

Sooo, what was it when it launched before? Could've sworn it released on the HD twins.

Played it on Steam. Story seems pretty good but I'm honestly just done with the AC series. I've grown tired of it.

I was getting ready to throw in the towell if it stayed annual. But if its bi annual, thats acceptable. I just dont do all the stuff, too tedious.

Yea it's not even the constant releases. I think just in general I've grown tired of the game mechanics.

I felt the same. I was reluctant to play Syndicate for that reason. But I got into the groove of it and couldn't stop playing. There are lots of other open world games but nothing like AC.

If anything, when it comes to Ubisoft titles I enjoy exploring doing side stuff more than the actual story missions.
