This gen will get every RE game that was made to date lol And I'm one of those suckers that will buy them all. And then will buy it all again when they release some huge collection lol Nobody judge me!
Remake, yes. Remaster, no.
one of the weakest in the series. that ps2 weak graphics arent the reason. But really boring and bad story and writing. Especially that transvestite doesnt fit in that well estaplished story blot that RE1-3 was building.
This one started the downfall of resident evil as a series. With Re4 it was more casual shooting marathon. And Re 7 very stupid plot, enemie design(unkillable Jack and that cow) dosent let it get to the highs of re1-3. I have nothing against modern games but it really ruins any immersion if blasting an enemies head off doesnt kill it.
Sorry but RE series will never get good again. Its now just stupid and bad.
Remake incoming ;)
launched in 2000 for the dreamcast actually, get your facts right.
Milk that franchise!
Holy crap... they just shove all of these every gen don't they? It's getting ridiculous now.
I think it's fine for those who never got to play them before. Releasing the games doesn't force users to buy them if they don't want to.
My opinion is that if there are people who have not played any of these games until now, aren't going to start now either.
Some of these games are getting dated. I would prefer that capcom focused their resources on making new games or HD ports of things like Onimusha or Dino crisis rather than just shovel us all the RE's that are still widely available on Ps3 and X360.
If the ports keep selling then they're gonna keep releasing them on new systems. I mean it's basically free money for them lol
