After seeing how it ran on 10 for some folks, i'm not holding out on it running all that well with Win 7-8 either. Also the asking price after the exclusive win 10 deal?, I'll pass Capcom.

The Year of the Scorpio and the best XBox generation ever. I'm starting to think that Phil Spencer may be lying to us.

Dead Rising 4 is decent enough but has lost the spark that the first two games had.

Referrencing Microsofts attempts at having an "exclusive" game from Capcom. As Nintendo can tell you, that just don't happen. Unless the game is a failure or underwhelming sales wise (Street Fighter V) or there is literally nowhere else for the franchise to go with a good installbase (Monster Hunter (since they want to keep it handheld), Capcom WILL find a way to slither out of whatever agreement you had and put the game on every platform under the sun.

Seems like there is, though Capcom will apparently knock off some pounds if you pre-order the game, though they've got no chance of me doing that.
