Here are details on the Premium Pass:

Same as other bf games sadly. I was hoping for ea to get a way around this for battlefield 1. Despite i did buy premium for bf4 (at a reduced price of course) the main maps where the ones i like best and play way more than the others. Will only buy this premium bs if a reduced price is offered later (like half that or less)

I was like yeah OK $50 isn't bad for 4 map packs (which will probably be between $15-$20 each). But then I realised that's USD. That's probably like $80 kangaroo. No thanks.

This is very easy to work with. Go to a "legal" cd key site that buys in bulk and does not steal. Buy both the Game and the Pass for the grand total price that is equal to full retail. I did the same thing for BF 3 and BF 4.
Since the price is split between the two parts they get their prices reduced faster than other hit games.
I will never pay more than $60 for a game unless the entire industry moves to increase the cost of new release games to match market costs.

Isn't it usually this much like for bf4 and hardline? Or am I wrong on that?

So like BF3 and 4, only now I'd have to pay £50 for the base game and another £40 for the maps making it a £90 investment. Yeah no thanks EA.
