PS4 and Xbox One vs PS3 and Xbox 360 - Aligned Sales Comparison - June 2016 Update - Sales

The gap grew in favor of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June for the fifth straight month. The gap in the latest month grew by 237,163 units and 7.80 million units in the last 12 months. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One lead by a combined 21.49 million units.
The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in their first 32 months have sold a combined 42.48 million units, while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One have sold a combined 63.86 million units.
The PlayStation 4 by itself has sold nearly as many units as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 combined during the same amount of time. The PlayStation 4 is behind by just 193,408 units.

yeah this is funny, if you read these comments again and then look how much they sold especially the ps4.
Jesus, that's a lot of consoles. Especially PS4's. Console market is not slowing down, anytime soon.
People are forgettin that the first two years of both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 were very, very dissapointing and that both consoles only caught up on sales on their 3rd year in the market.... just saying.
