Sony has released its financial results for fiscal year 2015, which ended March 31st, as well as provided forecasts for the current fiscal year.

It will undoubtedly hit that target and I dare say surpass it, based on current trends.

Consoles sales are slowly approaching 3:1 on the monthly basis world wide.
The only country where it is actually a race is the US, where PS4 is slightly ahead than the Xbox One. In Europe the monthly sales are 3:1 for PS4, if not higher. In countries like Germany the ratio is closer to 5:1 for PS4.

Let's see what E3 brings to the table from all the major vendors.

I'm not sure I'm buying a ps4 this gen as nothing exclusive looks appealing for my taste. My PC and Xbox One are serving me just fine.

And apparently you get downvoted for simply sharing your preference and opinion. This site will never change at this rate.

Yeah some things never change on VGchartz, anyway since Ratchet and Clank and Uncharted 4 have launched is the PS4 more attractive to buy. When PSVR and Neo hit the PS4 only becomes more appealing for the mass especially after a price cut. So a yoy rise in sales is expected and 20m isn't that farfetched.

Some Americans just love their Xboxes, I guess. Is it Halo?

@skratchy

Who said I was American? I'm Canadian. And no, it's not all about Halo. It's software that suits my playstyle, it's features and convenience, it's innovation, it's playing with my friends, and that damn controller is hot!
