Welcome to the VGChartz Gap charts. These charts are updated monthly and each article focuses on a different gap chart. The charts include comparisons between the 7th generation and 8th generation platforms, as well as comparisons within the 8th generation. All sales are worldwide, unless otherwise stated.

PS4 Vs. XOne US:

Gap change in latest month: 210,057 – PS4

Gap change over last 12 months: 770,724 – PS4

Total Lead: 1,359,740 – PS4

PS4 Total Sales: 12,532,490

Xbox One Total Sales: 11,172,750

In December 2015 the gap in the US between the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One grew in favor of the PlayStation 4. The PlayStation 4 sold 210,057 more units than the Xbox One to bring the platform's total lead to 1.36 million units. The PlayStation 4 has sold 12.53 Million units in 26 months, while the Xbox One has sold 11.17 million units.

The PlayStation 4 launched in the US on November 15th, 2103, while the Xbox One launched on November 22nd, 2013.

Of course it's real, because grown adults are trying to work at high school jobs as careers when they can be, at any moment, replaced by what is legally a child.
