Servers for strategy game World in Conflict were originally scheduled to close down tomorrow, October 6th. However, developer Massive Entertainment has now officially postponed the shutdown.

"We have decided to postpone the shutdown of Massgate and the servers as we are still investigating some potential community based solutions," said the developer. "No promises, but we are looking into it. We want to make sure all options are exhausted before we shut it down."

World in Conflict was released for PC in 2007.
