Batman: Arkham Knight PC Patch Out Now - News
by William D'Angelo , posted on 04 September 2015 / 3,791 ViewsA patch to fix a number of the issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight has been released.
Here are the fixes made with this patch:
- Reduced frame rate hitches
- Optimizations for system memory and VRAM usage
- Improved performance on all GPUs (requires the latest drivers)
- More Comprehensive In-Game Settings
- Fixed low resolution texture bugs
- Fixed hitches when running on mechanical hard drives (HDD)
However, this is far from the end of the matter - additional bug fixes are set to come with future updates (note the plural) and the PC version of the game has still not returned to sale, so it looks like the game is still a long way from being full fixed.
The following will be released in later updates:
- Adding support for SLI and Crossfire
- Adding support for the latest DLC & Season Pass content
- Adding support for additional updates such as Photo Mode
- Continued improvements and bug fixing for a Windows 7 specific memory issue that occurs on configurations with 8GB of system RAM and some NVIDIA GPUs during extended game play
- Continued improvements for Windows 10 specific issues on systems with some AMD GPUs

The damage has been done.
It's too late. I doubt people who refunded the game will try to buy it again.
It's like they just checked that the game started up on a PC and left it at that. I can't see the studio that did this PC port will get much work from now on.
Huh this old game again.
Well at least pc gamers can finaly play it.
