Both games will feature improved graphics, as well as other improvements. No pricing system or release dates were announced, however the games will be available to purchase through Steam, GOG, and Humble Bundle.

"When Turok: Dinosaur Hunter was first released it was nothing short of revolutionary," said Night Dive’s CEO Stephen Kick. "To that point, no game had ever offered the combination of graphics and an open world environment that Turok featured. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this great franchise back to life and to be able to share these great titles with today’s gaming audience."

I remember how advanced Turok was when it first came out on N64, and later Turok 2 in hi resolution with the expansion pack. Turok had enemies made of polygons, rather than sprites like Doom and other FPS' of that era and really felt next gen. Having recently gone back to play them I was blown away by the awful, awful level of fog in Turok, you really can't see much further than your nose. If these remasters happen I hope they do something about the draw distance.

The jungle level in golden eye is actually worse fog wise.

Well with Ark and Horizon I guess the dinosaur hype is here and Turok will take advantage of that.
