Final Fantasy XV to Have Simultaneous Worldwide Release - News

Final Fantasy XV will not have a staggered launch, but will instead launch simultaneously across the world, according to director Hajime Tabata.
"This may be something that we are little bit embarrassed to talk about," said Tabata. "Really, this is the first time that we've done a packaged, standalone Final Fantasy game with a simultaneous global launch, so we didn't have the setup to deal with that, really. The first thing we had to do was rearrange our internal structure to create something that could do that. That was the first important work on the project."

If they are just now in the process of talking to the Just Cause 3 team to bring in their help with the game I doubt it releases in early 2016. Probably late 2016 is more likely.
