Sony Announces Vote to Play for PlayStation Plus - News

Sony has announced a new feature for PSN Plus members - Vote to Play. This newest initiative will allow PSN Plus members to vote on a game to be added to the PSN Plus Instant Game Collection.

As you can see from the leaked image above, users will be given a select list of games to choose from each month and the winner will automatically be included as part of the next Instant Game Collection. For the first Vote to Play the runner-up games will also receive a store discount.

Sony will provide more details on Vote to Play in the near future.

This is pretty cool. I know many have been wanting this on XLive at least for awhile now. I wouldn't be surprised if MS follows suit soon.

Let's hope it works better than the whole voting thing last gen. I remember PS2 BC being number 1 on the list, and it never got added.
