The official Project CARS website has been updated to include a FAQ page, which contains various pieces of information about the game.

One piece of information that's of particular note is the game's resolution for the various platforms it's set to be released on at launch:

  • Up to 12K resolution on PC (frame-rate dependent on PC hardware)
  • 1080p, 60 frames per second on PlayStation 4
  • 900p, 60 frames per second on Xbox One

The FAQ page also reveals the number of cars supported on each platform:

  • 45 offline (depending on the grid size of the track) on all platforms
  • 16 online on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and 32-bit PC
  • 32 online on 64-bit PC

Project CARS releases in mid-May on Windows PC, PS4 and Xbox One; the Wii U and SteamOS versions are set to release 'later in 2015'.
