Undead Labs'  State of Decay has passed one million units sold. This includes sales for the Xbox Live Arcade, as well as the Steam early access. The game was also the fastest selling original title for the Xbox Live Arcade which hit 250,000 units sold in two days.

"We wanted to let you know that last month we hit the one-million milestone mark," said Undead Labs commuity manager Sanya Weathers. "That’s right. Over a million of you are now playing State of Decay, including our new friends currently rocking the Steam Early Access."

"As we said at the half million mark, we are humbled by your continuing support and enthusiasm for the ideas in State of Decay. Your encouragement drives us to keep working and keep improving. You got us here with your energy, your feedback, and your telling your friends about us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and brains."

Undead Labs is also working on the first DLC pack for State of Decay called Breakdown. To celebrate the milestone Undead Labs will give away the DLC for free to five people.
