Dominic Wheatley is the new CEO for the UK-based independent developer Kuju Entertainment. Wheatley was a co-founder Domark, which eventually merged with other studios to form Eidos Interactive and was one of the managers behind the first Tomb Raider.

"We work with big players," said Wheatley, "but there are smaller publishers coming through too, with big ambitions. We're able to produce our own ideas and have them turn into multi million unit sellers like Art Academy and that is increasingly the way I see us going."

Kuju Entertainment is made up of three independent studios: Headstrong Games, Vatra Games and Zoe Mode. Wheatley was the chairman for Kuju, as well as the CEO for Kuju's parent company Catalis. He has moved as the CEO for Kuju to focus on the development of games.
