Roadhouse Interactive Acquires Embassy Interactive

Roadhouse Interactive, the studio behind Family Guy Online and MechWarrior Tactics, has purchased Embassy Interactive. Embassy has been renamed the Roadhouse Game Studios and will focus on developing Facebook and iOS games. The studio has previously developed the Facebook game UFC Undisputed Fight Nation, as well as Tangram Puzzle Pro.
The new studio be headed by the Roadhouse Interactive president Tarrnie Williams. Ryan Donaldson and Sebastiaan Reinarz, the Embassy Interactive co-founders, will be the external design adviser and creative directive respectively.
